Furries at Michigan Tech hosts a whole suite of events every year, known within the community as the Michigan Tech Experience^tm, because this is where your Student Activity Fee is going to! :3

Furs Go To Aquatifur!

Our yearly tradition of drastically lowering the cost of entry for Furry Conventions! Located in Wisconsin Dells, WI, Aquatifur is a convention located directly inside of a waterpark hotel. Lodging is paid for by us!Want to join us? We will be announcing the signup forms early in the Fall semester!

The Furs' Winter Carnival

Much like other organizations on campus, Furries at Michigan Tech also has their own events that we do every year during the Winter Carnival!Join us during February for fun activities as well as our annual Fursuit Walk and seeing the snow sculptures!

Doohickey Corporation's Thingamabob Convention

The (usually) monthly bowling-focused furry meet at the Mine Shaft that originated well before this organization did! Currently run by Sevron with Furries at Michigan Tech as a sponsor!Suits are allowed of course!

Have spare parts and want to use them for something? Why not make something silly and show it off at our yearly thingamajig and doodad expo!Or, drop by and see all the cool things people have made, and then vote on which was your favorite - first place gets a prize as well!

Furries Go To Aquatifur!

Have you ever wanted to go to a furry convention, but haven't/can't right now due to:
- Lack of money?
- Lack of excuse?
- Both?
- Other?Well the good news is, Furries at Michigan Tech aims to lower these entry barriers significantly by providing a trip to Aquatifur for members at a large discount!

What do we cover?

Furries at Michigan Tech will be covering the full lodging costs of the trip!Please note that due to needing to conserve space, some people may need to double up on beds. Please reach out to the board if you have any concerns.

What do I have to cover?

Registration is not covered.You will be required to pay for your own food, as due to SLI policy, we cannot.You will additionally need to find your own form of transportation to the con, whether it be driving yourself, or carpooling with others.

* You are required to be a member of AAAA - Furries at Michigan Tech on Involvement Link, as well as being an active student at Michigan Technological University. Signing up for this event does not guarantee you a spot.

Have spare parts lying around including (but not limited to) that ENG1101 parts kit?Look no further than the Doohickey Corporation's Thingamabob Convention, the annual competition to see who can make the best wacky and silly contraption, co-hosted by The Daily Bull! Submit your doohickey to our Google Form below so we know you're going to need a table to present your doohickey!SIGN UPS TBD

If you don't want to submit a contraption, feel free to stop by anyway and vote on who's thingamajig is the best, and to see everyone's creations! The winner will be awarded a silly prize as well!
